$15 Emissions

The long line of cars in front of me told me that this was going to be a great experience. Even with all that traffic, the process was quick and efficient with an easy pay option. I recommend this emissions place to anyone. Not to mention, this is the best price in all of Marietta. Even with the long line the process was about 35 min total (with 5 cats in front of me!). Kudos to $15 Emissions.

Showed up at on a Saturday at 3:00 pm. 1 guy in front of me. Wait time was minimal. Quik, efficient work. Excellent service. Really was $15 cash, or $16 charge. Late in the day they still had $5.00 bills.! Can't think to say anything better. It was as perfect as I could wish.

The first thing the tech said to me was “you know there’s a stop sign at the entrance for a reason.” Never in my life have I seen a stop sign at the entrance to a building. There is no possible thru traffic or reason for a stop sign other than for the techs to avoid getting caught doing things they shouldn’t be doing. After being addressed rudely to kickstart my test, I was asked to exit the vehicle, a first for me since moving to GA. Seemed totally unnecessary & like he was punishing me for missing the stop sign. I’m 6 months pregnant so squeezing my belly out of the car in the tight corridor was a challenge. I waited for my car to be tested and the tech couldn’t wait the full 5 minutes for my test to wrap up before he could go back to his cigarette. Again, I’m very visibly pregnant, so while he shouldn’t be smoking around any patron during an emission test at a gas station, I felt this was particularly rude. When I was checking out he actually pointed out the line on the slip as to where to leave a tip. I did not. I can confidently say I won’t return & I’d advise others not to either. There are enough other options within a mile of this place for them to not be a choice.

I waited in line about 10 minutes and then it took less than 10 to run the test and I paid cash so I got a dollar discount. It was a quick easily and painless experience and I recommend it!

I usually come here every year for my emissions because the location is convenient and a great price. The service is typically excellent, however, today I was met with probably one of the worst employees I've ever encountered. Queue Frank - I was met with a disgruntled look, no "hello" "hi" "how ya doin" - the entire time he's sucking on a popsicle which is dripping all over my door. He leans and puts a good portion of his weight on my door as well while working on my car. When I called him out for the mess he left (pictured) - he replies "it's condensation bro" - no apology or any level of customer service. Message to the owner of this location: PLEASE train this guy on how to operate your shop so it doesn't reflect poorly on yourself. Or hire someone who is willing to put on a smile and treat your customers with better service and respect. I've dealt with several others who have been great in the past. Would have given 0 stars if I could. Willing to update if I receive a follow up from leadership on what is going to be done about Frank.. Thanks!
